How the Mastermind Works...
Live Coaching Calls Twice a Month
Every other week, we'll meet live on Zoom for a 90-minute, deep dive coaching call. With a 6-person maximum group size, you'll have plenty of opportunity to get tailored advice and work through any mindset blocks that are holding you back. You'll also be surprised how much insight and encouragement you get from connecting with your fellow OTP Mastermind participants.
Daily Support in Our Private Community
Each week, you'll start by setting goals and prioritizing the moves that will make the biggest impact on your business growth. Throughout each day, you'll be able to pop into the community at any time to ask questions, share challenges, or just seek encouragement and accountability. I'll check in at least twice a day (Mon-Fri) to respond with in-depth feedback and advice.
Unique Strategies for Your TEFLpreneur Journey
Yes, this is a small group program, but the moves that make sense for someone else might not be best for you. In the Mastermind, you'll get individualized advice based on where you are now and where you want to go. I'll be responding to each participant in the group individually during our calls and in our Slack community - not just with blanket statements that are meant for everyone.
Questions or Hesitations?
Is the Mastermind the right fit for me? Am I far enough along in my business to "qualify?"
The mastermind is a good fit for you if you've at least made a start with a website, niche, and business idea but are looking for more personalized support, feedback, and regular accountability.
Even if you still need help with your site and initial steps, that's fine! The main distinction is that in this program, we're focusing more on content and strategy than tech and setup.
So, for example - if you're seeking feedback like "What do you think of this wording for my ABOUT page?" or anything related to marketing, business strategy, or other content creation, then the Mastermind is perfect for you.
If, on the other hand, you have questions like, "HOW do I create my ABOUT page?" or "Can you help me get started with my website?" Then you'd be better served by either the Online TEFLpreneur program or private coaching with me.

What's the schedule for the live calls?
We'll meet twice a month for the duration of the Mastermind. Just before we start in January, I'll poll the group to select a regular day/time to meet every other week. With such a small group (6 people max), I'm confident we can find a time that works for everyone.

What if I have to miss a live call?
No problem! All live calls will be recorded and uploaded to the Mastermind platform on Teachable. If you can't make a live call on a given week, you'll still get a ton out of watching the recordings. Plus, you can ask any specific questions you have or share challenges you're facing at any time in the private Slack community and get feedback/ advice directly from me.

I want to join, but what if I can't start until a bit later in January or can't attend all the live calls?
That's fine! Even if you can't start participating until a few weeks in, I strongly recommend signing up now for two reasons:
1. So you can start getting insight and support from the Slack channel by connecting with me and your fellow Mastermind participants on your own schedule
2. So that the Mastermind doesn't fill up by the time you want to start (since it's capped at 6 participants).
Plus, you'll be able to go back and watch the recordings of any live calls you miss whenever you're ready and benefit from all the insight shared.

I've never used Slack before. Is it complicated?
I chose Slack for our Mastermind community because I find it to be very user-friendly. And I love the option to send voice notes, attachments, links, and videos so there are lots of different ways to share resources, seek feedback, and communicate. As soon as you join, I'll send you an invitation to join the private Slack community and all you need to do is follow the prompts to get set up - it's easy and only takes a few minutes.

How much time will I need to devote per week?
Ultimately, that's up to you. Typically, the more time you're able to put into your business and participate in the Mastermind community, the faster you'll see progress and results.
But this program is designed to be flexible and to fit into your schedule - that's the biggest benefit of our private Slack community. It's there whenever you need it, but there's no pressure or judgement to use it a certain way or at certain times.
If you have lots of time throughout the week to work on your business, you could keep Slack open on your computer and communicate with me and your Mastermind team throughout the day. On the other hand, maybe you only have an hour to devote each evening, so you check in once at the end of each day. Or maybe you choose one or two days a week to work on your business and pop into the community then. Whatever works for you!
I'll be monitoring the channel at least twice a day Mon-Fri, so you'll be able to check back when you're ready for feedback and answers to your questions. And remember that you'll be able to connect with your fellow Masterminding crew at any time in the community as well!
